Kuttu and Singhara chilla is one of the healthiest meals for any fasting, specially Navratri. Kuttu atta has a warm potency, therefore, we have combined it with Singharaatta which has cooling properties.
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup –Singhara Atta
- ½ cup kuttu atta(buckwheat flour)
- Green chillies- 2 – finely chopped(hari mirch)
- 1 tsp sesame
- Pinch of hing
- Sendha Namak/rock salt as required
- Oil
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- warm water as required
Method:
- Take kuttu and Singhara atta in a bowl and add all the ingredients like green chili, hing, sesame, coriander leaves and salt along with water.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Prepare chilla on a non-stick tawa.
- Serve it hot and enjoy
