Kuttu and Singhara Chilla

Kuttu and Singhara chilla is one of the healthiest meals for any fasting, specially Navratri. Kuttu atta has a warm potency, therefore, we have combined it with Singharaatta which has cooling properties.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup –Singhara Atta
  • ½ cup kuttu atta(buckwheat flour)
  • Green chillies- 2 – finely chopped(hari mirch)
  • 1 tsp sesame
  • Pinch of hing
  • Sendha Namak/rock salt as required
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • warm water as required

Method:

  • Take kuttu and Singhara atta in a bowl and add all the ingredients like green chili, hing, sesame, coriander leaves and salt along with water.
  • Make a smooth batter.
  • Prepare chilla on a non-stick tawa.
  • Serve it hot and enjoy
