A refreshing and cooling drink which is a great combination of natural sugars and fiber. It is an excellent post exercise or post morning walk juice to replenish the lost ions and maintain the blood sugars.
- 1 Apple
- ½ Lemon, peeled and deseeded
- 2 Cucumbers
- Small cube fresh root ginger
- 4-5 Mint leaves
Blend all the ingredients together and serve it fresh.
One can always add different seasonal vegetables and fruits like carrot, spinach etc. to get maximum nourishment.
Add a pinch of salt for enhancing the flavor.
