Seed -o- Shake

This shake is perfect for the season as mango provides natural sugars and almonds along with seeds make it rich in texture, protein and nutrients. Shake your jar anytime during the day for a boost of energy.


  • 1 Cup milk (approx. 200ml)
  • 5-7 Almonds (soaked for 4-5 hours)
  • 3-4 Strands of saffron (soaked for 3-4 hours)
  • ½ tsp Sabja seeds (pre-soaked for 30 mins)
  • ½ tsp Chia seeds (pre-soaked for 30 mins)
  • 1 Slice mango
  • 3-4 Ice cubes


  1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve it fresh.


One can replace mango with 1 serving of peach, banana or any other fruit of their choice.
