Paneer Salad

A fruity mix of paneer with pumpkin seeds and basil along with lettuce leaves for that crunchy feeling.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 lettuce leaves-shredded
  • 4-5 strawberry (cut into halves)
  • 7-8 grapes (cut into halves)
  • 100 gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • ½ cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 4-5 chopped basil leaves / mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Black pepper ( as per taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt ( as per taste)

Method:

  1. In a large bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well.
  2. Garnish and serve according to your taste
