A refreshing and cooling drink which is a great combination of natural sugars and fiber. It is an excellent way to give your liver and gut a booster dose.
Ingredient:
- 100 gm Fresh Coriander
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Tomato
- ½ Apple
- ½ Orange/ sweet lime
- Small cube of ginger
- Juice of half lemon
Method:
- Juice all the ingredients together.
- Add lemon juice to the above and serve it fresh.

One can always add different seasonal vegetables and fruits like
carrot, spinach etc. to get maximum nourishment.
Add a pinch of Himalayan salt for enhancing the flavor.
