Ingredients:
- 1 cup Boiled chana (Soak Kala chana for 7-8 hr. overnight) and boil in the morning
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 medium sized boiled potato
- 1 Chopped cucumber
- 1 Chopped tomato
- ¼ tsp pomegranate
- 1-2 Green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp.Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp.Sunflower seeds
- 2 Finely chopped dates or 5-8 Raisins
Seasoning
- Mint and coriander chutney
- ½ tsp Roasted zeera powder
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Direction
- In Large bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish with pomegranate and serve according to your taste.
