Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk/Almond milk / Yoghurt
  • ½ banana(frozen) or 4-5 strawberries(frozen)
  • 5 almonds
  • 2 walnuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon Melon seeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • You can add water to manage the consistency.
  • Serve chilled

DCN TIP

  • If you want, can add fresh fruits also but then need to add some Ice and this may give a thinner texture.
  • Can replace Banana with 1 serving of peach, 1 Slice of mango or any other fruit of your choice
