Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. rolled oats
- 1 cup milk/Almond milk / Yoghurt
- ½ banana(frozen) or 4-5 strawberries(frozen)
- 5 almonds
- 2 walnuts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon Melon seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together
- You can add water to manage the consistency.
- Serve chilled
DCN TIP
- If you want, can add fresh fruits also but then need to add some Ice and this may give a thinner texture.
- Can replace Banana with 1 serving of peach, 1 Slice of mango or any other fruit of your choice
