Banana and Strawberry smoothie

This thick shake is quick and rich in complex crabs and vitamin C along with a good source of protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 4-5 Frozen Strawberries
  • 150 ml Approx. 1 cup milk/Almond milk or Yoghurt
  • 5-10 Almonds
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • Serve chilled

DCN TIP

  • If you want, can add fresh fruits also but then need to add some Ice and this may give a thinner texture
  • Peach also goes very well in place of strawberries.
