This thick shake is quick and rich in complex crabs and vitamin C along with a good source of protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen Banana
- 4-5 Frozen Strawberries
- 150 ml Approx. 1 cup milk/Almond milk or Yoghurt
- 5-10 Almonds
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together
- Serve chilled
DCN TIP
- If you want, can add fresh fruits also but then need to add some Ice and this may give a thinner texture
- Peach also goes very well in place of strawberries.
