This shake is perfect for the summer season as fruits add the natural sugars and the nuts along with flax seeds make them rich in omega 3, protein and nutrients. Shake your jar anytime during the day for a boost of energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk / almond milk (app. 200 ml)
- 1 tbsp. puffed amaranth
- 5-7 almonds
- 2 figs
- 2 walnuts (soaked for 4-5 hours)
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds
- ½ apple / 1 slice mango
- 3-4 ice cubes
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve it fresh

One can replace mango with either ½ a serving of banana, a peach, 3-4 strawberries or any other fruit of your choice.
