Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of sattu flour
- ½ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of black salt/black pepper
- A pinch of regular salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- 1 table spoon mint leaves chopped
- 1 cup of chilled water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- In a glass, add 2 tablespoons of sattu flour.
- Add ½ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder for flavour.
- Add a pinch of black salt, black pepper, and a pinch of regular salt (adjust according to your taste preference).
- Pour in 1 cup of chilled water.
- Mix all the ingredients well until the sattu flour is completely dissolved.
- Optionally, add ice cubes to make it more refreshing.
- If desired, squeeze in some fresh lemon juice for a tangy kick.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
- Your sattu drink is ready to serve.
