Coriander Punch

A refreshing and cooling drink which is a great combination of natural sugars and fiber. It is an excellent way to give your liver and gut a booster dose.

Ingredient:

  • 100 gm Fresh Coriander
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Orange/ sweet lime
  • Small cube of ginger
  • Juice of half lemon

Method:

  1. Juice all the ingredients together.
  2. Add lemon juice to the above and serve it fresh.

DCN Tip

One can always add different seasonal vegetables and fruits like
carrot, spinach etc. to get maximum nourishment.
Add a pinch of Himalayan salt for enhancing the flavor.
