This punch is an excellent combination of green vegetables and amla. This ensures enhanced iron absorption from green vegetables and the vitamin C rich amla helps relieve constipation. You will also get an ample dose of antioxidants, bioflavonoids that will help boost immunity, delay the aging process and help in weight loss.
Ingredients:
- 150gm spinach
- 150gm broccoli
- 1 medium sized beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 whole amla deseeded (Indian Gooseberry)
Method:
- Wash all the ingredients and extract to make juice.
- Serve in a tumbler and garnish with a celery or coriander stick.

One can replace spinach with any other seasonal leafy vegetable also like turnip greens, coriander, etc.
This punch should preferably be had in the morning though it can be had at any time of the day
