This humble chilla has been made into a greener and healthier version with the introduction of spinach. Try it for the Popeye effect!
- ½ cup gram flour
- Green chili chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- Turmeric powder
- Puree of 10-12 leaves of spinach
- Black pepper
- Take besan in a bowl and add all the ingredients like onion, green chili, turmeric powder, spinach puree, salt and black pepper along with water.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Prepare chilla on a non-stick tawa.
- Serve it hot and enjoy!
