With a good kick of france beans and a hint of lemon juice this Saute French bean salad is the best side dish to accompany anything . This is tasty and health all wrapped into one.

Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon urad dal (Soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 Table spoon chana Dal (Soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 Cup raw france beans (½ inch Chopped)
- 7-8 Curry leaves
- ½ teaspoon oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ Lemon
- 2 tablespoon curd
- Mustard (Rai)
Method:
- Take frying pan, heat oil and put Mustard seed.
- Let them crackle and add Curry leaves.
- Add soaked Dal and sauté for 5mins.
- Then add Beans and sauté .Now add salt.
- Close the flame then adds lemon and Curd and covers the lid for 2mins.
- Serve it hot.
