Our Philosophy

We want to make a difference to your life, in a simple manner

OUR AIM- YOUR HEALTH AND UNDERSTANDING

We want to help you understand your body better and gain knowledge about good food habits. This ensures that you would lead a healthy lifestyle long after having completed the program with us.

We do not prescribe fat burners, pills or powders for weight loss. We believe in right food for good health and being food smart as weight loss is a by-product of being healthy.

We do not advocate starving, skipping of meals or over dependence on one kind of food category. We work on your body metabolism and focus on providing wholesome, nutritious diet keeping your expectations from the program in mind.

Different grains are included along with all the five components of food in your daily diet. This ensures for a balanced, nutritious and wholesome meal. We firmly believe that all food categories are essential and you should consume them according to your lifestyle, physical activity and medical conditions. It is you who should have control over what you want to eat.

It would include sharing of recipes and a focus on traditional knowledge of foods, herbs, spices, cooking methodology which have been forgotten in the race to modernize. We plan the diet from the regular foods one eats in his/her daily routine, in such a way that most of the times they can enjoy it with their family too.

Stages of the Program

The entire program follows a logical path and the journey has been broken down into three stages.

1st STAGE

ANALYSIS AND EVALUATIVE STAGE
  • Understanding your food habits, preferences through dietary recall. An important step ensuring that you are a participant in formulating your meal plan.
  • Close assessment of your medical condition and physical statistics. You should also inform us about any allergies related to food or otherwise before beginning the program.
  • Setting your expectation from the program.

2nd STAGE

PERSONALIZED FOOD AND EXERCISE PLANS
  • Gradual restructuring of the food routine based on preferences, body conditions and lifestyle.
  • Setting up a sustainable exercise routine.
  • Discussion of the things to keep in mind while following the program
  • Whatever we prescribe, we give you the related recipes too so that you need not google or run to your trusted one for recipes. Each recipe is personally put together by Dt. Ruchi and the combinations of food are designed such to give you maximum nutritional benefits. Just our little way of making your health journey simpler.
  • Sourcing of ingredients. We understand that with changed food plan there might be ingredients, you are not familiar with or need our help in getting them.
  • Answering your queries. Yes, there would be many, considering that you are adopting a whole new way of looking at your body and health.

3rd STAGE

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT AND MONITORING
  • Short duration plans with regular interaction and evaluation. This ensures that the program is flexible and changes required are immediate.
  • Follow up and adjustments of the plan as per the progress
  • Ruchi would personally keep a track and work with you through your weight issues, diabetes, thyroid etc.
  • Ensuring achievement/fulfillment of the expectations.
  • A sign off note that works as your future guide. And if you ever need our help, we are right there…just an email or phone call away.
