Summer Paneer Salad

Summers surely call for a quick, light and healthy salad. This Summer Paneer Salad with amazing seasoning and the tangy twist of lemon is a perfect side option for any meal or snacking. This is surely very high in nutrition value and amazing in taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pear/peach chopped
  • 100gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • Black pepper(as per taste)
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. coriander or mint chutney (homemade green chutney)
  • Pink Himalayan salt (as per taste)
  • Pinch of Red chilli powder

Method:

  1. In large bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well.
  2. Garnish and serve according to your taste.
