Spinach and Corn Soup

The Palak soup recipe is rich in Vitamin K is important for bone health as it improves calcium absorption and will reduce the calcium that exits the system.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups chopped spinach
  • ½ Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 5-6 Pods garlic
  • Ginger (a small cube)
  • 2 tbs. Oats
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 tbs. sweet corn
  • Salt

Method:

  1. In a pressure cooker add the entire above ingredient mentioned; except sweet corn, Cook for 1-2 whistles.
    Blend all the ingredients.
  2. Add ½ cup milk and water to manage the consistence.
  3. Add 4tbs of sweet corn, give another boil.
  4. Serve hot.
