Ingredients:
- 1 Table spoon urad dal (Soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 Table spoon chana dal (Soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 Cup beetroot (½ inch chopped)
- 7-8 Curry leaves
- ½ teaspoon oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tablespoon curd
- Mustard
Method:
- Take frying pan, heat oil, and put mustard seeds.
- Let them crackle and add curry leaves.
- Add soaked dal and sauté for 5 mins.
- Then add beetroot and sauté. Now add salt. Close the flames then add lemon and curd and cover the lid for 2 mins.
- Serve hot.
