Beat the summer heat, with this cooling, refreshing drink made with cucumber, yogurt and mint, packed with healthy benefits.
- ½ cup fresh yoghurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 small cucumber peeled and cut into cubes
- ½ tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 4 cubes crushed ice
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala/roasted jeera powder
- Black pepper
- Sprigs of mint to garnish
Mix all the ingredients, chaat masala, mint and black pepper. Blend the mix in a blender or food processor till smooth.
Pour into a tall, chilled glass and sprinkle with a pinch of chaat masala and black pepper.
Garnish with a spring of mint and serve immediately.
