Black-eyed beans are highly nutritious and are a good staple food. Black-eyed beans are rich in fiber and protein, which make them an excellent energy source.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup boiled Black eye bean (raungi)
- 1 cup Steamed france bean
- 1 cupcut grapes
- 2-3 tbsp. hung curd
- 1 tbsp. Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- Green Chutney
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Black pepper as per taste
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Take a pan add steamed France bean and black eye bean in 1 tsp. of olive oil and sauté them.
- In a large bowl mix lettuce leaves, sauté France beans and black eye bean.
- Add rest of all the ingredients to the above bowl and mix well.
- Serve cold or at room temperature
