Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup bajra atta
- 1 Green chili chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 grated carrot
- Black pepper (¼ tsp)
- Roasted cumin powder (¼ tsp)
- Grated ginger (½ tsp)
- Water (½- 1 cup)
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves-1 teaspoon chopped
Method
- Take bajra atta in a bowl and add all the ingredients like onion, green chili, carrot ginger and salt etc. along with water.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Prepare chilla on a non-stick tawa.
- Serve it hot
