Bajra Chilla

Bajra is a wholesome grain, which we endeavour to add to your diet in different ways. This ancient forgotten millet is finding its way back on the tables of the health conscious.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup bajra atta
  • 1 Green chili chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Black pepper (¼ tsp)
  • Roasted cumin powder (¼ tsp)
  • Grated ginger (½ tsp)
  • Water (½- 1 cup)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves-1 teaspoon chopped

Method

  1. Take bajra atta in a bowl and add all the ingredients like onion, green chili, carrot ginger and salt etc. along with water.
  2. Make a smooth batter.
  3. Prepare chilla on a non-stick tawa.
  4. Serve it hot
