The Indian seed infusion is a blend of saunf and ajwain with water. The ingredients are readily available in your kitchen and can be easily adapted to your daily routine. It is highly recommended due to its enriching properties.
Ingredient:
- ½ Teaspoon saunf
- ¼ Teaspoon ajwain
- 500 ml water
Method:
- Boil all the above for 5 minutes till the time the amount of water reduces to almost half.
- Drink hot or cold, as you like.
