Curd Bowl

This nourishing bowl combines probiotic-rich curd with antioxidant-loaded pomegranate, energy-giving makhana, and a powerful mix of nuts and seeds. Together, it provides approximately 20 g protein, 52–55 g carbohydrates, and 24–26 g healthy fats, making it a balanced and sustaining meal. A perfect option for fasting days, vegetarian diets, or when eggs are not included, while also supporting gut health and steady energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Curd (preferably A2 cow milk)
  • ½ cup fresh pomegranate
  • ¼ cup makhana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 10 soaked almonds
  • 1–2-Soaked pecan nut or walnuts
  • 1–2-soaked prunes or 4–5 raisins
  • Salt as per taste
  • A pinch of black pepper

Method

  • Take a bowl and add curd
  • Add all the ingredients:
    • Pomegranate
    • Makhana
    • Chia seeds & pumpkin seeds
    • Soaked almonds, pecan / walnuts, and prunes/raisins
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Mix everything gently.
  • Serve fresh and slightly chilled for best taste.

DCN TIP

Mix all ingredients and serve immediately to avoid sogginess of makhana.
