Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd (preferably A2 cow milk)
- ½ cup fresh pomegranate
- ¼ cup makhana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 10 soaked almonds
- 1–2-Soaked pecan nut or walnuts
- 1–2-soaked prunes or 4–5 raisins
- Salt as per taste
- A pinch of black pepper
Method
- Take a bowl and add curd
- Add all the ingredients:
- Pomegranate
- Makhana
- Chia seeds & pumpkin seeds
- Soaked almonds, pecan / walnuts, and prunes/raisins
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Mix everything gently.
- Serve fresh and slightly chilled for best taste.
