Red Besan Chilla

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Gram flour
  • Green chili chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • Turmeric powder
  • Puree of 2 tomatoes
  • Black pepper
  • Water
  • Salt

Method:

  1. Take besan in a bowl and add all the ingredients like onion, green chili, turmeric powder, tomatoes puree, salt and black pepper along with water.
  2. Make a smooth batter.
  3. Prepare chilla on non stick tawa.
  4. Serve it hot.
