Multigrain Uttapam

This multi grain uttapam is a healthy breakfast, a fulfilling lunch or dinner for all the healthy eaters. It is surely a healthy twist to the traditional recipe, protein packed and taste overloaded in order to bring taste and health on one platter for you.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Curd.
  • 2 spoon Ragi flour.
  • 1 spoon Suji.
  • 1 spoon Besan.
  • 2-3 Curry leaves.
  • ½ Onion chopped.
  • 4-5String beans.
  • ½ Carrot.
  • 1 chopped Green chilli.
  • ½ Capsicum.
  • Salt as per taste.

Method:

  1. Mix Suji, Ragi, Besan, Beans, Carrot, Green chilli, Capsicum, Salt, Curd and to create a batter easy enough to pour on the pan.
  2. Add some water in case
  3. Mix all the ingredients and make small size pancakes on non stick tava. (Prefer to cover the pan with the lid to avoid sticking).
  4. Serve hot.
