Makki ka Chilla

A chilla with a twist! Makki is a wholesome grain, which we endeavor to add to your diet in different ways.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Chopped mulli (Raddish)/ methi
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1-2 Chopped green chilli
  • 1 Chopped tomatoes
  • ½ Cup makki atta
  • Salt to taste

Direction

  1. Take makki atta in a bowl and add all the ingredients like onion, green chili, tomatoes, methi/mulli and salt along with water.
  2. Make a smooth batter.
  3. Prepare chilla on a non-stick tawa. Serve it hot and enjoy.
