This chaat is not just tasty but also keeps you full for a longer period and provides a great combination of fiber, minerals, vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates. It is a perfect solution to mid-day meals to curb hunger along with upgrading the nutritional intake for the whole day.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Puffed rice(Roasted)
  • 10-15 Roasted Makhana
  • 1tbsp Roasted Chana
  • 10-12 Roasted Peanuts
  • 1tsp Flax seeds
  • 1tsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 4-5 Raisins
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cucumber
  • Coriander and mint chutney
  • 1tsp fresh lemon juice
  • coriander leaves (finely chopped for garnishing)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients.
  2. Toss well and garnish with coriander leaves.
