Ingredients:
- ½ cup Puffed rice(Roasted)
- 10-15 Roasted Makhana
- 1tbsp Roasted Chana
- 10-12 Roasted Peanuts
- 1tsp Flax seeds
- 1tsp Pumpkin seeds
- 4-5 Raisins
- ½ Apple
- ½ onion
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- Coriander and mint chutney
- 1tsp fresh lemon juice
- coriander leaves (finely chopped for garnishing)
Method:
- In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients.
- Toss well and garnish with coriander leaves.
