Salads can be a combo of taste and nutrition all wrapped up in one bowl. What better than Black head bean salad if you wish to have daal in a whole new dressing of salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled black head beans
- ½ spoon rai
- ½ spoon jeera
- 1 spoon urad daal (washed and soaked for 5 minutes)
- 1 spoon chana daal (washed and soaked for 5 minutes)
- 1-2 dried red chilies
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1 tsp oil
Method:
- Heat pan, put oil in the pan put rai, jeera, red chili, uraddal, chana dal, onion, curry leaves, and green chilies sauté till the onion become light brown.
- Add boiled black head beans, mix all the ingredients. Cover the pan for 5 minutes.
- At the end, add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
