Spice Infusion

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water (approximately 250ml)
  • 1 tsp. Zeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 tsp. Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • 1 small stick of cinnamon or 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.
  2. Add Zeera, Ajwain, and cinnamon to the boiling water.
  3. Let it simmer and infuse for 2-3 minutes with a covered lid.
  4. Strain the mixture and add fresh lemon juice.
  5. Enjoy at your preferred temperature!
