Beetroot tikki/cutlet is a colourful, healthy yet delicious snack that will surely be a hit with your kids. It can be had as an appetizer or combined with other food items like the chilla and soup to make a complete meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 Medium size beetroot (boiled and grated)
- 2 Boiled potatoes (Mashed)
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 Chopped green chilli
- 5-6 Curry leaves (chopped)
- Small cube ginger (grated)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Til (for coating)
Directions:
- Mix all of the above ingredients expect til.
- Divide into equal parts and shape into tikkis.
- Coat with raw til seeds.
- Use air fryer or shallow fryer on tawa with mustard oil.
