The Three Bean Salad features an excellent combination of different beans tossed in a tantalizing lemony basil dressing. The beans offer an ideal low-cal way to consume protein and fiber, which help to keep cholesterol under check.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Chickpea (white chana)
 - 2 tsp Rajma
 - 2 tsp Black head bean
 - Garlic chopped
 - 1 Tomato chopped
 - ½ Capsicum chopped
 - ½ cup Sauté france bean chopped
 - 3 to4 Mushrooms chopped
 - 1 tsp oil
 - Salt
 - Black pepper
 - Lemon juice
 - Coriander leaves
 
Method:
- Soaked chickpea, Rajma and Black head bean (raungi) for 4 hours and steamed all together.
 - In pan pour oil put chopped garlic, onion sauté till light pink, then put france bean and cook for 1-2 minutes
 - Now add all the ingredients like tomatoes, capsicums, mushrooms, and the steamed beans, black pepper, salt.
 - Cover it, and allow sitting for least for 3-4 minutes.
 - Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
 - Served cold, tastes best.
