Ingredients:

  • 100gm Tofu
  • 1 Cucumber
  • ½ Bell pepper
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Orange/Sweet lime
  • 10 leaves of Basil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Seasoning:

  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Black salt
  • White salt

Method:

  • Chop all the ingredients and mix in a bowl.
