A refreshing drink which is a great combination of natural sugars and fiber. It replenishes the lost ions and is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
- 200g carrot
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 medium size zucchini /Beetroot
- 1 tbs fennel seeds
- 10-12 mint leaves
- Hand Full basil Leaves
- 1-2 whole fresh amla
Method
- Juice all the ingredients and serve in a tall glass.

You can replace amla with 1 Tomato and Juice of 1 whole lemon.
